Went to Milledgeville Fast Track in Dec of 2013 and Jan of 2014. Covered under 2 insurances. Got a bill middle of 2015 from Dublin where their billing is handled and told them they needed to file secondary insurance. Thought it all was taken care of. Out of the blue on Oct 12, 2016 got a call from Trinity Collection in North Carolina threatening to garnishee my wages. Come to find out they had filed a duplicate claim, collection is on my credit report and they still have not cleared it up. Beware of the billing department! I... read more
be careful. they take your insurance card, collect your co-payment, then bill you as uninsured, never file on insurance, turn you over to collections (for the difference of your co-payment and uninsured amount) and "Brandy" the ONLY person who can fix this doesn't answer or return phone calls. This happened in the Milledgeville location but the billing (the problem) comes from Dublin!

I love this place. The medical staff actually listens to you and whats going on. They do a great job.
Had flu like symptoms. Staff at Cochran, Ga was very good. Finished and went to CVS across the street where prescriptions were supposed to be sent from doc in Albany Ga. After an hour i left without scripts. Called twice, doc had not sent. Three hours later Fasttrack called and said they were sent. Will not go back and will tell Federal employees I work with not to go there. Doc should finish up completely with a patient including prescriptions before be allowed to see another patient either in person or on telemed. Bad busi... read more
Fast Track is just the best! Everyone has always been so nice! Every time I have to visit they are so welcoming and usually doesn't take long either! Thanks to all the staff and medical team for taking care of me when I'm down!
