I was called back within 30 minutes to a room and then waited about another hour to actually see the doctor. The nurse was very nice. The doctor was in and out quick. Went to my pharmacy an hour later, and they said no prescription had been sent. I waited another 2.5 hours later, and called my pharmacy, but no prescription had been sent. I called Fast Track, and they told me that they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, even though I wrote it down on my paperwork and told the nurse.
should've gone here instead of going to Phoebe convenient care Thursday might have been feeling better by now. gave me a better diagnosis of what I have going on
Go anywhere else. The nurse was amazing but the NP was rude, judgmental, and has no bedside manners.

Billing department is absolutely terrible!! I’ve been billed 3 times since my visit in 2016! They don’t keep track of anything! Absolutely horrible customer service!
This place is a joke! Saturday my husband went in due to cold symptoms and red spots on the back of his throat. He walked out with a script for a nose spray and an allergy medicine. Did they swab his throat? NOPE! The nurse practitioner said, “I don’t know what that is.” Isn’t it your job to find out!?!? Ridiculous!! Plus, he had an abscess on the roof of his mouth that has red spots on it and they said, “It’s not that bad.” We just left the dentist and it’s very infected and they immediately prescribed 2 z-packs.
