Everyone there is the sweetest and very helpful
This place is living in the Stone Age they give you a book to fill out for every single appointment. Then tell you that they don’t save your information …… so why do you collect it every visit and scan it in a system. It’s always someone new working at the desk. The Doctors and the medical assistants are great but there process is trash.
This is the slowest office I have ever had to take someone to. Every single visit we are here it takes at least 3 hours. Time efficiency is not a thing to them.
Just walked out of this clinic for a PT referral for back issues due to an auto accident. They absolutely insisted on my filling out the single most invasive pre-screen packet I’ve ever encountered in 50 years on this earth. This place is collecting entirely too much sensitive/personal information that is entirely unrelated to the reason for the visits. Avoid this strip mall nurse and visit a legitimate doctor instead.
