Love this place and wonderful staff.
It’s so hot in the waiting lobby I was literally sweating and so where the other patients waiting. Three people complained about the heat and they told us they couldn’t turn the air on or even open the door. Feels like a sauna in there. Doesn’t make sense because normally doctor offices are kept cold so germs wont spread as easily.
I typically don't have any trouble here, but I waited for 12 minutes at the front desk to sign in while the receptionist finished her cigarette out front. Heard the phone ring several times as I stood there waiting. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
