Where do I start...My daughter and I walked into Dr Banki's office and were greeted by this wonderfully caring young lady and our experience only got better!! From the moment we met Dr Banki to my follow up appointment after my surgery, my experience with this wonderful Dr has been nothing but amazing! Dr. Banki is one of the most caring, compassionate, informative and amazing Dr's I have ever come across. I would highly recommend Dr Banki again and again!!!

In my last review, I had just started the path to recovery from esophageal cancer. It has now been 6 month and 10 days since Dr. Banki removed the cancer from my esophagus in a 7 hour procedure. Dr. Banki saved my life. I am not a 100% my old self, but a throat cancer survivor friend and I are flying a 40 year old Alaska air taxi airplane from Alaska to Maine. As I write this it is -38º in Haines Junction, YT. That's what successful surgery is looks like. :)

We were very impressed with Dr. Banki and everyone that worked with her. She took excellent care of me. Explained everything fully. Was told what to expect at every turn. I hated having to go all the way to Houston but my doctor was right to recommend her. She was as good as he said she was and worth the trip to have someone so competent caring for me.

I had Cancer of the esophagus and let me tell you. This is the best Surgeon to remove this. Very informative and caring.

I am so pleased with the care we received from Dr Banki. She is more than thorough with patient care and she honestly cares about the patient. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr Banki herself were superb. I wish she and her staff could handle all my care

Dr. Banki was recomended to us after I was diagnosed w. lung cancer. We called her office for an appointmen and I was scheduled for surgery in a week. I really liked Dr. Banki from the first day I met her, very upbeat and positive and caring. As beautiful inside as she is outside and I thank God everyday that I had her for my Dr. My surgery went well and she was there for me 24/7, on Sunday when she came only 1 time, she called me to make sure everything is alright. I

Due to cancer, in 1987, surgeons removed most of Charlie's stomach, part of his esophagus, and the transverse section of his colon, then attached the gut to his esophagus. Over time, the lower muscles in his esophagus ceased working, so he couldn't swallow and was dependent on a feeding tube. He needed a complicated surgery. When we met Dr. Banki we knew that we were in the right place, finally. His surgery took 9 hours, & she performed a miracle for him. He has his life back. Thanks Dr. Banki!
