Hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever used....and I’ve used LOTS. I came upon Dr. Jahan-Tigh from a MD Anderson doctor referral for his special interest in my particular condition. Within. 1-2 months of seeing him, he was able to achieve significant improvements in my autoimmune condition based on his treatment plan. I could never find the correct words to say how blessed I am to have found Dr Banki and her staff. After suffering 8-10 years she has been God sent to me. She found my problem and corrected it. We drive 3 hours for my appointments and it is well worth it. Her staff are the most accommodating ever. The entire staff will make you feel like a person not just a patient number. I am blessed to be a patient with her. The sweetest ladies ever.
Since 2012, I have suffered with GERD following a gastric sleeve, with additional complications of a hiatal hernia and a purported epiphrenic diverticulum (esophageal pouch). Years of medicine had not controlled the GERD. Dr. Safi saved my life. By all accounts he was the only surgeon capable of successfully completing my surgery. And the Blue Label was fantastic. He will know the meaning of this. I would love to hear from him.

My husband has repeatedly asked Dr. Saffari to test his homocysteine level. The dr. said this is medically unnecessary, which shows his ignorance. He said even if my husband found out the number, he could do nothing about it, again an ignorant statement. Homocysteine is a marker for heart disease and a high level of it can be lowered with diet and B vitamins. How does the dr. not know this? Decent doctor. TERRIBLE staff and wait times. Expect to sit for an hour AFTER your appointment time even if you come half an hour early. Dr. Hebert is good, but the utter incompetence of the staff is reason enough to stay away. Especially if you actually have a job, which they don’t seem to understand.
