I hate giving poor reviews butpoor service due to management not providing enough staff. Maybe if I post the truth management will make a change.. We have hope because we love Farrell's
I made resevations online and confirmed with the place. When we got there, even with our reservation, there was over an hour wait so we didn't get seated at our reserved time. When we finally got seated, we were given free appetizers. However they got our order wrong, we had to wait a while for the food, then another while to pay the check. If I had to base my experience on that night, I would never go to another Farrells place again.
It's average at best! Great atmosphere! Service very slow!
