I've been here over 10 times since they opened I can walk to this location. I never get more then one refill on muy drink. They always forget stuff and food and ice cream always take forever!! I'm very disappointed every time I go I hope and wish for a better experience and I'm let down every day. My kids love it and I like it there but they need more help. We just went on a Monday evening still had to wait over 30 mins to get seated and there were many open tables available.
We had a great time. It was on a Saturday during peek hours so it was super busy plus it is right down the street from knotts so lots of tourists.. It did take awhile to get our food and have them sing happy birthday to my Grandson but all the tables were full and almost everyone was celebrating a birthday. I think the staff did a great job considering the pressure they were under. Food was good and our family loves Farrells Ice cream parlour. My Grandkids had a great time.
It was great.. Just like when I was a kid.. Definitely coming back with the kids...
This place used to be great! Now with the new changes its not so great.... Menu cut down to boring, you can get anywhere food! Families go here and have for years to celebrate, that's what makes it! Now everyone walks around afraid to have to much pizazz! Staff still friendly, but this new takeover was a mistake!
