Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. Staff was very nice and friendly. Sang Happy Birthday to her with a Justin Beiber twist to it. Ice Cream was amazing.
So excited when they built this Farrell's I remember going as a child. We have been going to this location since it opened ( we live in Las Vegas). We always request Alexander, he's amazing! We were just there over this past weekend, one thing that sadden us was that the "new management " changed how they do things. No more beating of the drums for the birthday celebrations, that was the best part, now they just sing which is great but you can get that at Applebee's. Please bring all the fun back!
Hello I brought my daughter Bethany Aviles here because it was her 14th Birthday services was fast i didnt even make reservations food came fast I loved the Food waiters and waitresses were WONDERFUL I will be coming again!!����
I have to give props to Dana the manager, she went above and beyond for my grandson's birthday. We did not know we needed a reservation for our family to celebrate my baby's 6th birthday. They were booked solid even asking the hostess (which was rude) if she can separate our party to at least celebrate him. She refused and kept asking me if i wanted the manager. Some new policy of lower noise has taken away the drum and sirens. Thanks so much for taking the fun out of a place I've loved since I was a kid.
Took 1 hour and no food...but, 2 parties who came 30 minutes after us had food and began on desert...had an entire wrong meal then delivered...sent back..but, then another 30 minutes, 2 managers and finally got our food. No silverware...no waitress in sight to ask entire meal...then when pointed it out, she said we just had to ask...hahaha..when we're we going to do that ?
