I was ecstatic when I found out that they were building this in Buena Park. So many memories of my early years. I do like it but if your looking for a quiet place to celebrate this is not that type of place. The minute you walk in the noise is overwhelming. Not only do you hear everyone around you but the birthday celebrations are non stop. Yes we know this and it's part of the atmosphere here. We took my dad for ice cream for his 64th birthday, and had never been. We had no idea what we where in for. They told us the wait was an hour, but it was only 35 minutes, and well worth the wait. You definitely dont pay for the ice cream or food, you pay for the entertainment. The ice cream amd food were ok, but not for the price. Tip your staff well, because they work harder than most staff I have ever seen. The front desk staff could use a pep talk from the waiter staff, as they where not as nice. Great atmosphere and enviorment great birthday celabration.Good Ice Cream!
Went today with my team and we were a small party. They got two of the ice cream orders wrong and once we commented on the wrong orders our service stopped. The next time we saw the waitress was when she brought the check. This is the second time at Farrells I have had a bad experience so I will not be back!
