This place is absolutely amazing! It has transformed my life in a way I can sustain forever and on top of that they create a great atmosphere. I lost over 7 inches and 9#'s in the first 5 weeks, still finishing out the last 5 Update:Lost 20.2# and 10.25" during my 10 week session! As a recent 10-week challenge finisher, I must say that I didn't think that I would enjoy getting up 6 days a week for a kick ass 6am workout. Now my day is lacking if I don't start it off at Farrell's. This place has pushed me further and harder than i have been pushed before and I am better and stronger for it. Thanks FXB Elk River!

I just finished my 10 weeks at Farrell's in ER! What a great place to go and get in a workout! Great coach Darren and awesome instructor's! Lost a few pounds/inches, more hard work to accomplish.. Never been pushed so hard in a workout! Love it! Very happy with becoming a FIT Member! And best of all meeting new ppl! Farrell's is family!!
I just finished the 10 week challenge and loved every minute of it. This is more than just a gym. I have met some great friends through this. I never thought I would enjoy getting up early in the morning to work out but I do and I can't wait to continue on this journey!

Absolutely loved it!! I just finished the 10 week challenge and I was beyond happy with my results! The coaches and instructors do a great job of motivating you and helping you reach your goals. Anyone who needs a kick in the butt to get going in the right direction for your fitness and health, this is the place!
In only 10 weeks I saw results that I haven't gotten in two years with a "normal" gym routine! This has been the best decision I have made in my fitness journey. The staff, coaches, and instructors are awesome and push you to hit level 10 during every workout! I would recommend Farrell's to anyone from those new to the workout scene to those fitness enthusiasts who are looking for a change in their routine!
