If you are looking for a quick fix this is it...Farrell's will quickly fix you! 10 weeks can truly change your life and your confidence in yourself. I am stronger, faster, healthier and detoxed from the crap! Robyn, Brittany, Jeremiah and Michelle are a team of instructors to guide you and your peers are there to push you and cheer you on. I am a FXB lifer now and hopefully will inspire others to join me.
Farrell's has given me the opportunity to work out again! There is easy parking, plenty of times to choose from, 45 min. of intense workouts and new friends that become accountability partners. I love our instructors & that the routines are never the same. I have seen crazy changes in my flexibility & strength. I can't imagine ever wasting time at a typical gym again!!!!

I love the atmosphere here! The instructors are so helpful and encouraging. I look forwarding to my workouts each day which is a big change for me! In the past, my friends would have to check in with me all day to make sure I was still going to meet them at the gym. I was the queen of excuses! Not anymore!
This is the best location! And the owners are awesome! Highly recommended!!! See ya there!
