I am currently doing the 10 week challenge and I love it. I'm very uncoordinated and it was a struggle at first, but the instructors are very helpful and put me at ease. I keep going and I'm getting stronger. The inches are melting off! I'm excited to become a fit member and to continue my life style change. I would recommend Farrell's to anyone! If I can do this anyone can!!
I have never been a morning person or someone who likes to workout... First time for everything I guess!! I LOVE this workout facility! (And I'm part of the 6AM class) The owners and instructors are so incredibly awesome! My mental and physical state has never been this good!! Trust me... if I can do it, anyone can! If you need a positive change in your life, this is the perfect place!
This place is awesome! Don't get me wrong, it's hard, you'll be sore but it's worth every penny and every sore muscle!!! It's like having a personal trainer everyday!!!
Elk River Ferrells is AWESOME! Very helpful and friendly staff who are there to help and encourage you every step of your fitness journey. My body has grown stronger and firmer with my 10 week challenge and I look forward to joining as a FIT member in a few weeks to see what challenges they will give me and my body.
Farrell's has changed my whole mind set on health and fitness! Love it.
Love love love this location and all the people that are a part of it. Robyn, Michelle, along with all the instructors are so incredibly helpful and motivating. It's the most fun you'll have getting your butt kicked! Thanks Fxb Elk River!
