The best thing I've ever done for myself. The people are amazing and I've never felt better. I will continue to be a work in progress, but I have full confidence that I can achieve any fitness goal I set for myself.
I can't say enough good things about Farrell's and what it's done for me. Both for my overall health and mental health - I feel better than I have in years. Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help each other.
The energy and self confidence (not mention I even sleep better) that I have achieved in the last 4 weeks is awesome. The encouragement that is given during class is so positive and uplifting that it makes me work harder for my healthy lifestyle goal! Never did I imagine I could wake up for a 7 a.m. class six days a week! I've even gained a few new friends out of the deal, so it's a win win!
