Highly recommend Farrell's to anyone! Love the kickboxing and strength classes. Very challenging but you go at your own pace. Owners and instructors are awesome! It's amazing what you can accomplish at Farrell's!
Before joining Farrell's, I walked and lost 25 lbs and seemed to think that was all the exercise I needed. Well I than plateaued and my weight kept creeping up and up. I kept watching and hearing all about how one of my friends loved Farrell's. She was going like 6 days a week and hitting goals and meeting amazing people. This is the reason I get out of bed every (well most) morning at 5 AM. Not just the work out, but the community it is. I was so out of shape and angry with the way my health / weight was holding me back. I decided to do something about it and I'll never look back. There are a million excuses that I came up with as to why I shouldn't do it, but when it came down to it I had to prioritize my health and happiness over other things. Farrell's is helping me reach my goals in so many ways outside of just working out.
