I love everything about this company! Their flowers are gorgeous but their customer service is first class! I recently had an order that arrived late due to a delivery issue and the recipient ended up missing it due to her having to be gone. By the time she received them they were not as beautiful as they would have been had she gotten them in time. Farmgirl offered to send out a brand new order to her!! Well done!!
The flowers are often late and wilted. This has happened to our orders twice.
I bought a bouquet for my Granny for her birthday and it was so gorgeous! Pictures don’t even do it justice! She was so happy when she called to thank me. I’ll definitely order from them again! They’re the first shop I’ve ever ordered flowers from that exceeded my expectations when it arrived!
Bought two bouquets, one for my mom and the other for my mom in law. They both raved about how awesome they were packaged, the freshness of the flowers (both shipped to Ohio), and...bonus! They could plant the succulent! Both bouquets kept about 10 days.
Super bummed with lack of customer service. Highly recommend! Easy to navigate online ordering. The recipient of my delivery just loved the packaging and the elegance of the arrangement. She was impressed and I am thrilled to have such a wonderful florist.
Sent a friend flowers and she was thrilled with the quality and beauty. She even followed up with a second thank you note to enclose pics to show low long the blooms lasted. I will definitely recommend Farmgirl Flowers and can't wait for the opportunity to use them again. Fantastic experience!
