I was so excited on Friday to receive a 20-stem Peony bouquet from you for Mother's Day. They were so beautiful. I kept them on my kitchen island, out of directe sunlight, just as instructed, and made sure to keep the vase full of water. Today, when I went to change the water and recut the stems, nearly all of them fell completely apart. These really should have lasted much longer than three days.
So disappointed. Where are my flowers ? Who signed for them? Not me ?? The address wasn’t what was typed into to system. Nor does the address they were delivered to exist. This is beyond unsatisfactory. How could no one notify me??
Loved these Flowers! I sent them to my Daughters for Mother’s Day! They arrived early on the day requested and were beautiful!
Do not use this company. Sent flowers to my mother in law for mother’s day and two third’s of them arrived dead. She also told me there was a note that said if they don’t arrive in good shape, here is a lapel pin. Seriously, they obviously have received complaints about the flowers not traveling well yet they continue to take people’s money and deliver dead flowers.
