How to improve: deliver the flowers that cost $90 (ouch). And if you don't deliver them then either offer to do a follow up delivery or offer a refund. So bummed.
I was so excited to order these for my mom for her Birthday, after seeing the countless great reviews and beautiful pictures I thought for sure they would be a great gift for her to receive at work on her birthday. I’m sad to share that the flowers were mostly dead and some broken. The quality was not at all what I was expecting or hoping for. So extremely disappointed!

Very disappointed and shocked at the customer service from Farmgirl Flowers. Their delivery service missed the set delivery day. Farmgirl took no responsibility, placing all blame on Fed ex and their only response/solution was offering to ship out my bereavement flowers (another order) the following week....not days.....week, due to Mother’s Day rush. My first and last order.
A GF and I went helped with their Valentine rush two years ago and it was amazing. Being surrounded by a warehouse of fresh flowers. Being able to watch the professionals make bouquets, while delivering flowers to them, was an experience I will never forget.
