RecommendedSent these flowers to my friend in Florida....Here are the pictures. Just beautiful! She couldn’t tell at first if they were real or artificial! Also...packaging was very sweet too! Will definitely order again!!
1) They could deliver as promised, not 24 hours late while the flowers have been sitting around without water during the summer. 2) Inform the customer about the delay in a timeous fashion so they have the opportunity to cancel because Farmgilrl pretty much missed the boat on the occasion. 3) When the customer calls to follow up, actually call back within the 60-minute commitment. A waste of $105 but even worse a lost opportunity.
