My friend sent me these flowers and I reached out for help as the delivery was delayed / oddly my flowers came from Ecuador via Florida on April 30th and didn’t get delivered until today May 6th... these are fresh flowers with no water. The flowers were pressed, wilted and not the lovely flowers shown on the website. I have had no response to my email request and your website states no phone calls.
