This company hasn't shipped my order going on a little over 2 months, but where quick to take my money. I cant even get a hold of them to see when my order will ship. I emails them several times and I finally got an automated response. Well chalk this one up to live and learn.
This company is awful. I should never have ordered from them They took my money. I am still waiting for my full order. They sent part of my order past the recommended planting time. They have not responded yet to my e mails. My gardening season is ruined..... Will never ever order from them again!
As I read other reviews, I realize I should have done this BEFORE ordering. Poor response from email. Phone is constantly busy. Requested order cancellation but am still waiting for that money. Then I received part of my order yesterday--too late. Last time ordering from this company. DO NOT recommend.
I ordered seeds for my garden, had a hard time getting to talk to anyone. When i was able to talk to someone i was told my card was declined, told them i payed with check they ten said my back declined the payment. I then told them that i had checked with my bank and the cashed my check on apirl 16. After being lied to many times by this company, and ordering in early Apirl i finally got my seeds on June 6th! Never use this company is you want seeds to arrive in a timely manner or professional representing!
Ordered things for spring planting 5+ weeks ago. Still hasn't shipped. Too late now. Cancelled CC payment Impossible to contact except by email. Seems more and more like a scam. Mark, MN
Good luck on getting your shipment in any decent amount of time. I still have not received my order and it has now been 7 weeks and past the ideal planting time for several of the things I ordered. Threatened to make them cancel my order and they said it now was in shipping and could "ship at any time" We're coming up on nearly 2 weeks after that response and still no notice from them saying anything has shipped nor have I received anything. $151.60 PURE TRASH
Ordered 200 strawberries and they were a muddy mess on arrival. Some were smaller than my pinky. Only two have survived. Rip off!! Never order from this place. Called to get my money back but no one answers the phone any more.
Buy some wooden tooth picks and stick' em in the dirt U may have better luck.
