Horrible customer service. Received 8 trees. Very small, all died. Received a flower a month later and surprise it was dead. Still waiting for more of my order with promises they were on their way. These people are THIEVES. Finally cancelled my order. I bet they don't send my check. They should NOT have a business.

It's a joke. I ordered 03/22 part came on the end of the 05/22, trees had 8", all of it is so small that you really have to have your own nursery . Some of the plants are dead. Very bad customer service and contact.

I have had an order for 2 months now. They sent one item that was dead on an order of 6 items. I finally cancelled my order...hop they actually send refund. It's bad don't buy!!

I’ve never complained on past catalog orders. Last year was horrible. I sent a claim in over the winter. They gave me a claim number and I haven’t heard from them in months.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered 3 blueberry bushes in march. They told me the estimated shipping date would be in 5-7 days. After a month i called to see what the status of my order was in which they told me it was not the correct time to plant but they would send the next day. After another month i called back only to have them tell me it was back ordered but they would have it shipped the following week. When i checked a week later it still hadn't been sent. Do not buy from this company! I placed an order in March, never came. In April I contacted customer service through email and phone. They said back-ordered but would put a rush on it. I contacted again in May and was told some items are still on backorder and won't ship until they have it all. These were strawberry plants so way too late. I requested my money back. Do not buy from this company, spent 245$ and got dead plants and only 2 oriental lily's and 3 Rose bushes out of my shorted order did grow. I have never dealt with such a sleezy company and their deceptive practices. Their guarantees are worthless. Such a waste of time and money

terrible plants. all dead and arrived 3 months after ordered. ordered multiple trees, strawberries and raspberries but none were alive and emailed back but state had plant them as "all come this way" and then emailed back 2 wks later as none were growing and said past 2wk deadline! never buy from them again

LOUSY BUSINESS Lousy plants, lousy support. I purchased a cherry tree and strawberry plants and none made it. I sent three emails asking for replacement/refund and they finally responded to the third email that if I did not keep the original shipping label I was SOL. (Although I still have the dead tree in my yard and can send a photo. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....plants suck. Seeds had lousy germination. Obviously sub-par!
