Horrible customer service. My order was cancelled and I was told I would be getting my money back. This was an order from February. It is now July! I get a busy signal every time I call their listed phone number. Every email I get from “Brandon” says my request is forwarded to the appropriate department. NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH SORRY PLANTS AND ROSES DELIVERED TO ME. I HAVE ORDERED PLANTS FOR YEARS. i GOT 11 ROSE BUSHES FOR WIFE'S VALENTINE. My order was sent May 7,2021,my check cleared my bank on May 21,2021 .when I call the busy signal as these other reviewers have .The state of Illinois needs to get involved in prosecuting these scammers.!
I have spent $125 on my order on 5/17/2021. Since I have not received anything from them by end of May I decided to cancel My order, because its to late to plant trees now in my area. I am waiting to get my money back for week now and nothing, and nothing! This must be the worst company I have ever encounter! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered in early January and Farmer Seed was paid by credit card 4 days later. I tried to call them at the beginning of April for several days and it was always busy. According to the phone check it was off the hook. After their business hours they had a message, but no way to leave a response. So then I emailed them. It took a while for their first reply. I only wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I was robbed . This a complete scam and all you are doing if ANY purchase is made would be contributing to their scam not being put out of business. There is a reason they are not in the Better Business Bureau - you have to be a "better business" to get a decent review and trust me that will NOT happen. BEWARE of the SCAMMERS. I, too, would give this place ZERO stars if possible. Ordered items back in March, credit card was charged in late April, here I am, end of May with NOTHING sent to me. Tried to email, tried calling- just got a busy signal. What phone gives a busy signal these days? Do NOT use them!!!!
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would, I order my seeds 2 months ago and kept getting inform they would be shipped out 2-4 weeks then told 3-5 weeks its impossible to contact them through the phone! This a bullcrap company. The last time I was actually able to get them on the phone the customer service rep was rude as hell and told me my shipment would be out at the end of the week and then hung up the phone!
