My experience with Faraday was concerning insurance. For some reason they told me when I called to ask about insurance etc...they told me they accepted my insurance,which is Bluecare/ Medicaid. I saw them for 5vminths with no issues. When it came time for my most recent appointment they informed that they do NOT accept my insurance and I would have to self pay to be seen. I am not wealthy and could not add to pay that THAT day,they also said I had an outstanding bill of almost 600$,which I do not believe I am responsible for... read more

This office has the worst communication practices of any business I've ever called. I followed my prescriber over from another office, and setting up an appointment took weeks. Every time I called I was told to fill out intake paperwork and someone would call me with an appointment. I filled it out, waited a couple days then left a message. Then another a couple days later. Finally get a hold of somebody and they tell me I never filled out my intake paperwork. Filled it out again, and same thing with struggling to get a hold... read more

Wish that I could give zero stars-nobody returns phone calls here, even after your consult appointment and knowing the situation that you’re in mentally. They don’t care.
