I was very impressed with the Tuscany Heights community overall - the model was absolutely stunning. Compared to other new communities in the Palm Springs area, it seems that FWI went above and beyond in creating a superior quality product.
They used very cheap materials ( windows, A/C units, moldings, bath fixtures), there are very few "square" walls in our house, the footing for the cinderblock walls in the back yard are 2 feet from the surface of the wall, making it impossible to adequately landscape.
Great builder, great homes, great experience all together!
