They are a one-star company. They do the bare minimum to fix issues they created. They sent their construction crew to fix my backyard walls at Granite Ridge and left it like this. The man drilled and damaged the brick walls. They messed up so badly that they told my HOA I paid someone to fix the wall instead of them to avoid trouble. I was at a block party at a friends house in Palm Springs. Far West built the houses. What a piece of crap. A high-end neighborhood, low-end quality. All the homeowners were complaining about the cheap construction, lack of service from the builder, flooded houses during the rains, solar that is useless, etc. They were saying that Far West is really Far Worst. Anybody that buys anything from them is in for the worst construction and worst customer ever. If you want to get ripped off, then buy a Far West home.
Tuscany Heights is a great neighbor. Love the location. Well built and friendly sales office. Great view of mountain a great place to live and vacation at. I have viewed other home Far West Industries have built and they put great materials into them also. Great company to buy from.
The materials, in my opinion, have the quality and craftsmanship second to none. I have toured many new home communities both in the desert and elsewhere and I can confidently say that the Tuscany Heights community exudes with excellence.
The homes at Tuscany Heights have spectacular views of the mountians and valley. The homes have a variety of well built amenities and you should see the views from the rooftop sun decks.
The homes at Tuscany Heights are gorgeous and the buyers that purchased there are thrilled with everything about their homes!
