Always easy to get in for an appt. Always very concerned about his patients.
Had issue with my glasses. Didn't get much help when I went in there to see them. And was pretty upset when I left when I was told nothing could be done. Well Dr Allee called me personally to apologize and explain the situation. Looks like big insurance wns again. Warranty was up but Dr Allee took the time to call them and inquire for me. He called me back and although I'm still SOL, I thought it was very cool that he made the effort. Clearly Dr Allee is class act and I would definitely recommend him.
Lots of times I go to my doctors office and dread it. But, that's not the case here! They are always quick, affordable, and provide real quality service. This place is a little out of my way, but totally worth it. I highly recommend them.
I have always went to them ever since I was 10 n now my kids go there. My kids go there n they love Jennifer she is one of the best that has dealt wit my kids. I would not go anywhere else except there. Jennifer is great wit my kids especially wit my oldest one wit having ADHD n my youngest can never stay still n she explains things in a way that i can understand n so does her dad.
My family has been going there for 26 years. They have seen my mom, my 2 kids, and me, and now my 2 grandkids and they love them to death. They r so easy to talk to since my mom is hard of hearing. Everybody there is great they know u by name without even looking. I would not let my grandkids go to anyone else but them, they love the girls at the front and even Jennifer and her dad Dr Allee.
I have been going here for about 8 years. Excellent service and they are always friendly. Quick but thorough exams have been a plus since I go during work for exams.
This place is wonderful. I had Jennifer work with me on my eye sight. She was incredibly insightful, and she took her time with explaining how & why my eyes are the way they are. The staff is very friendly & professional. I’ve never had to wait, of course I arrived five minutes early just encase. Their business is very tech savvy as well, allowing individuals to upkeep with any new symptoms or problems that may have occurred over the years, making sure that you’re given the best care or so it seems to me. Dr. Michael Allee and Dr. Jennifer Allee are great eye doctors. They are caring and concerned about your eye health. They have been wonderful to me and my family and have a great staff. I highly recommend them.
Both Doctors are wonderful and also Great neighbors as well, thank you guys for all you do!
