Fantastic crew that is patient and kind. I went for my first time to Family Vision Care and felt right at home.
3 years ago I moved 600 miles away to upstate New York. I've made 2 visits to local eye doctors since and thought my vision problems were just due to getting old! . Decided to make a trip back to Muncie to see Dr. Nowakowski. Received my new glasses 2 weeks later and I can see again!!! . Plus, my wife is pleased with the glasses the staff at wink gallery helped me choose. Thanks so much to everyone at Family Vision Care. Another reason to miss Muncie!!
The Doctors are great but the wink gallery is corrupt. You are quoted a price for glasses, buy them, wait for delivery and pay for them. You walk out and everything is fine for weeks until you get another bill!! That says they made a mistake and want more money. Then they start calling and sending letters for more money. Who runs any business like that?? We paid over $300 for the glasses and now weeks after we paid that in full it's suddenly not enough??? Plan your trip there with a day in small claims court!! They were so nice, it was the best eye exam i have had they really took the time to make sure what my needs were
I recently had to order new glasses because my middle child (a 3 1/2 yr old great dane) decided they were tastier than her many Nylabones. I was distraught as I am "blind" without my glasses! I also hated the idea of picking new frames because my old ones were the nicest ones I've had. The girls at the Wink Gallery were understanding and made the experience fun. I had a really good experience with them. The Dr answered all of our questions and they were great about insurance concerns as well! I highly recommend Dr Gard!
