The care and thoroughness that I received today was absolutely amazing. Everyone, including my new optometrist, Dr. Ashman, her assistant, and Mrs. Debbie, as well as the staff who even directed me out of the facility were all so sweet and extremely pleasant to work with.
The best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor! Dr. McCaslin was amazing and so thorough. I’ve had previous bad experiences with eye doctors, and she was so helpful and made sure I was comfortable. She took the time to make sure my prescription was actually right. My previous eye doctor had given me the wrong script, which was causing daily headaches. The headaches are now gone! I recommend Dr. McCaslin to everyone!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are not helpful at all and don’t return any phone calls. Definitely don’t order contacts from them if you are new to contacts. They want you to practice putting them in and taking them out without giving you your trial contacts. How do you practice without something to practice with? Their advice....practice with another family member contacts. How unprofessional!

Dr. Wende Ashman is the best! She is so kind and interactive with my two energetic sons. During our late visit took her time on an emergency visit and knew exactly what we needed.
