RecommendedI want to acknowledge Dr. Jeremy Gard for how helpful he was in the wee hours of a Saturday morning when my little boy had a chemical in his eye. Dr. Gard handled the situation like a pro and everything turned out just fine. It’s great to have an eye care center you can call anytime day or night!
Our family has LOVED Dr. Wynde and this practice for years. Today, the staff at the Wink Gallery earned an entirely new level of my respect, helping our very unsure 7-year old get fit for her first pair of glasses. I am so thankful for the kind, patient individuals that work in this office. We never felt rushed, even with a very indecisive child and a cranky toddler in-tow. The best of the best work here! ��
Well, I'm not even sure where to begin. It appears my review reflects many of the same viewpoints as others. We contacted the office for as a new patient for an appointment and were treated rudely (I guess they don't need new business) with "five doctors, they double book and pretty much you have to take the next appt we have available". Wish I could give 0 stars. Had an apt scheduled for quite some time. Then the doctor decides he wants that day off. They call and leave a voice mail that they have moved me to a different day, same time. I call 2 days later to make sure my voice mail was correct and am told “no you were not scheduled since you didn’t call right back to confirm”. Would have been nice for the voice mail to have told me I needed to do this. Now they can’t get me in till after the first of the year so that means I loose 2017 insurance benefits. ... read more
This is the second appointment in a row they were over an hour past our time before we even seen the dr. :(
I had a great experience with Family Vision yesterday after I figured out I came in the back entrance. Dr. Wilson was very thorough and professional!
Dr Gard is the best, nice, knowledgeable, explains ecerything, goes above and beyond. I would recommend him above any one else.
