Verry long weight time. We asked how much longer and the staff member was verry rude. Think next time will go to our primary doctor's office. Will not recommend to anyone. One good thing. The doctor was nice. To bad she has a rude staff...
I have used this facility for years and have had great service; however today I was treated extremely poor and the demeanor of the PA was sub par. The PA did not read the history of my ailment and entered with a predetermined course of action. Once he finished with this assessment, I explained the history of the issue and the steps that other PA's and doctors at the Griffin medical center had taken. I absolutely love Tony at Family Medical Center. He is a wonderful man and a very compassionate Doctor (PA)! I trust him to my fullest! Always takes the time for each patient! When I have to bring my mom for her checkup or any issue she has he really shows he cares!! I would give anything for him to be my doctor!! But unfortunately they don't take my insurance:( All doctors need to be like him!! Love us some TONY!!!!
I would like to give a big Thank You to Tanya and her staff for taking such AWESOME care of my wife. I would also like to Thank Dr.Tony Rives for taking care of her they way he did with an AWESOME PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE!! Dr Rives helped her to get through the stitches with humor.
