After visiting the center on a Sunday, my prescription was called in to the wrong pharmacy. Since they closed early I called first thing Monday morning. Worrying that I would have to talk to an answering machine and wait hours for a phone call, I was so thankful that Amber took my call, made sure the prescription call in was corrected and gave me back a courtesy call that it was all fixed. I sincerely appreciate it! Great customer service Amber at the Griffin office!!
I was looking for a primary care physician. Wanted to establish myself. Was seen by Dr Moon. Worst bedside manner ever!! Did not listen to me about my history. Was extremely rude. A Dr patient relationship is extremely important. Then yesterday I look at the claim submitted to my insurance company and they fraudulently charged them for services never done!!! I do not recommend ANYONE going there. And if you do check your insurance claims.
Love this place and all the wonderful people there that always take care of me!!!
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Sick people and well people (that are only wanting to get a prescription refilled) should not be in the same waiting room! We called yesterday to ask for an extension on a prescription and not only was prescription not filled, the call was not returned either.
The providers and staffs are absolutely wonderful. Very detail, and help you recover pretty quick.
