Very disappointed that I waited 6 months for a new patient appointment with Dr. Rita Sharma. Granted, they said to be there 30 minutes early but I'd done the electronic check-in and it was a very busy day with overseas guests staying with us. I arrived 13 minutes before my appointment time, and the receptionist said that I had arrived 2 minutes beyond the 15 minute grace period so that Dr. Sharma would not be able to see me. As a new resident to the area, I was looking for a new PCP. I am so happy that I found Dr. Kharia Holmes. She is a new practitioner with this organization, and she is absolutely lovely. Her bedside manner is great and she made me feel so comfortable during my first visit with her. She is really knowledgeable but also not afraid to say “let me check on that for you” when she wasn’t quite 100% about something. Going over the results for my tests the next week was a breeze. I was a patient for over 20 years. Although the care I received was marginal,in my opinion, and customer service had sharply declined during the last several years, I continuedto visit the clinic, probably because changes are difficult and itrequires time to find a newdoctor. However, after Dr. Rita Sharma was so rude and condescending to me during a visit, I decidedthat it was time to move on and find a new doctorś office.
Dr. Sharma is the BEST! She is knowledgeable, experienced, very patient - takes the time to discuss issues, and has a great personality.
