Hey!!! This gym is phenomenal!!! One of the best gyms in Grand Rapids. ELITE trainers, exclusive weights and also an amazing crew to make sure you get the body you want!!! If you ask for Derick Owens & or Dez you’ll get the perfect body you deserve!!!!!
Great service, the manger Is always super helpful. Its a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of room and space I never have to wait long to use equipment. Overall pleasant experience!

Awesome Gym! The Equipment is Great! Has everything I need for the body I am going for plus extra. The Trainers are here for you as well as anyone else in the gym. Very good environment and you definitely can not make excuses lol, they have a baby sitter 😎
