Wish I could give this place zero stars. This is a horrible company and a complete scam. Was lied to by an employee when I signed up for personal training, they told me I could quit anytime with no fees. What a joke. I spent two months arguing with their corporate office trying to cancel my membership because they kept saying that the only way I could quit was to pay for my entire membership. Been here before as a guest and had a good experience, friendly people, good staff and a comfortable environment. Big shout out to Aaron for helping out me and my girlfriend set up our new memberships.
I love how big the gym is. They have a bunch of equipment to meet everyone’s needs. It never seems busy because of how large the space is! It is a great place to workout.
Really wasn't impressed with the facility, or the staff. Kids zone was a wreck, with a teenager glued to her phone "watching" the kids.
Stay FAR away from this place. Shadiest company EVER. Rude staff, “cooperate” is non existent. Go to the YMCA! They have great options for memberships, GREAT childcare (unlike Family Fitness where the childcare workers will carry your infant around while mopping with dangerous chemicals and put them on counters while they scam more customers). STAY. AWAY. They will tell you that all of the articles of lawsuits on mlive were “fake news” but they’re not. : )
I've used both the Sparta and Alpine locations. I've never had issues at either. I much prefer the Alpine location, simply because it it much larger and I've never really had to wait to use any gym equipment. Alpine staff have always been nice, professional, and helpful throughout my experience there. I've always worked with Aaron for my memberships and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are in need of a local gym. He's always been available and eager to help. Thanks for all the help Aaron!

We love Alpine Family fitness. Aaron was very helpful, helping us signed up for the gym, took us touring to see what equipment they have. Very nice.
Awesome environment and great place place to get a work out in, equipment is in excellent working order and clean, really calm and mellow environment to get some work in!!! Aaron welcomed me with open arms being my first time in the gym!
