love this gym it's 24 hrs & really clean, check it out ;')
It's a very nice place to workout , 24/7 is perfect!and the staff is very friendly.
Emily's cardio boot camp, kicked my butt. She kept us going while showing how to do the upcoming moves. She also gave alternate moves if we had to modify or increase intensity. Would love to see a 6 am class or two during week. I highly recommend taking any of her classes.
Met with Abby and signed up! Ready to rock! Gonna run the color run next year!
I took the cardi boot camp class with Emily. It was a great workout and Emily was very helpful and encouraging!
I just stopped in today and was blown away how awesome this gym is!!! They have everything anyone would need to workout and MORE! Lots of free weights, circuit training, cardio UPSTAIRS (two stories!),a women's only area and to add to that they have tanning, daycare, and a salon! Staff (shout out to Maggie) was super friendly and inviting and made me feel very comfortable! HIGHLY recommend this gym! You wont be disappointed! =D
The staff is supper friendly and helpfull! I love the classroom set-up!! Cant wait to have my first training season with Chad!!
The staff was super helpful and I felt comfortable. I look forward to sheddind some pounds and having fun in this great environment! Maggie was super helpful and very chipper! I'm really excited to start my journey with this awesome gym!
