The staff is top notch. Aaron and Jeff always deliver exceptional customer service, and they have the biggest free weight selection of any gym in GR.

I have been a member for a long time now it works out great for me as far as convience and price of my membership. Everyone here is very friendly and i also like the juice bar for the killer protein shakes. I plan on staying here due 2 having all the equipment i need 2 get a great workout.
