I love it here!! I have been training with Keisha, and she is amazing! She keeps me motivated and is very helpful in continuing to work with me to reach my goals. She really knows what she's doing! The staff is very nice and always helpful as well. I will continue to use this gym even when my contract is up... I will renew!
Poor customer service. Not one "welcome" or "have a good evening" The workers seem to busy. After speaking to upper management, I feel as if my criticism is being taken seriously and looking forward to the improvement.
It's a good place to do some exercise WHEN you can get in! We've been with them for almost 2 years and our cards have literally worked ONE time!! We've called a few times and have never gotten anywhere!! My membership was supposed to have been canceled and we're STILL being charged!! I love the gym BUT if you want a place you can count on to be able to access this is not the place for you!!
Love that they offer personal trainers (Highly recommend Dezmond). Great customer service and friendly atmosphere!
I love that you can do any workout or exercise here!! There is plenty of space and machines to do it all! The staff is amazing as well!
Aaron the manager is super cool and is an excellent protein shake maker 🏼
I can't imagine going to any other gym. The staff is very friendly and the trainers are very invested in trying to get you to your goals. Aaron at the front desk is super cool and greets us every time we come in. If you are looking for a gym, I definitely recommend this one!
