This place is the biggest scam ever. Read the BBB reviews. Trying to cancel. I was told 75.00 to cancel and they are,asking for almost 700.00 to cancel. I am filing a complaint with the BBB now

What a great gym clean and 24 hour time to get my hulk on
I signed a 12 month contract. When my 12 months ended, I assumed so would my charges. When the 13 month rolled around, i had another $40 charge and was told they automatically move you over to a month to month plan and need 60 DAYS advance to cancel. NO phone call, no letter, no email, no warning whatsoever. This gym is out for your money. They're getting close to an extra $100 out of me over fine print. They don't answer emails. This company refuses to let me out of my contract, despite the fact that I have a tumor on my spine and cannot exercise. So much for FAMILY Fitness. Take your business elsewhere.
When I signed up they told me I would pay 75$ for a cancelation fee when I wanted to be done. They ended up charging me almost 500$ to buy out my membership and personal training membership. They lied, and it took a good 2 months to get it canceled due to poor communication.
They are not what they say they are. Told me I could cancel membership, and now it wont let me.
