RecommendedLee and staff are very friendly and always available to help. Lee has been great with suggestions when trying to switch up the workout. I always feel comfortable working out here and have learned a lot over the years from the staff.
Lee and staff at The Alpine Family Fitness are the best. I feel comfortable working out here but if I’m having an off day I like that I can go to the “women’s workout area” for some privacy. I’m feeling great and seeing results!!

They have everything you need with plenty of room. There are lots of time slots where the gym is not busy at all!😊

The staff is amazing when I went to sign up for my membership everyone was so friendly! The gym looks amazing even had a place for my children to hangout while I workout!
I was not going to take my experience this far but it has come to this after being stolen from by this company yet again. you would think after everything that has been on the news they would do better. well I have been going here since November 2018 and I loved it. I loved my trainer. but on mondays there is a very unprofessional lady who works in the child care area and she would always comment on my sons behavior (he is 2) he hits sometimes what 2 year old doesnt. well things escalated and we are no longer going there. 5 Stars This gym is really nice , the child care facilty gives us time to exercise and meanwhile kids enjoy too! Great for families with all required machines.
Friendly staff. Men’s locker room is being updated. They have an in house towel service providing sweat rags and shower towels, they launder themselves. They also will make, for a charge, post workout protein shakes. A child’s play area with its own toilet for privacy. Today a big surprise they are updating about half the equipment.
