Shirley is an awesome trainer
I have this personal trainer that really pushes me and has shown me the correct way to build my muscle. They also have a big selection of pre-post workout mixes. I highly recommend checking them out!
Loved it at first, be careful of anything you sign with them. My month to month agreement with them ended up being 24 months somehow? Even though I didn’t even have a lease in Grand Rapids that lasted that long. They could only charge me $75 to cancel, but after doing some research I see this great company got caught up in some legal trouble due to cancellation policies haha. Be careful what you sign. Besides that, nice facility. Staff at the location was friendly
Love this gym love how they can watch my children while I am working out. The staff is awesome
Staff is friendly and helpful. People I have met there are very nice and only 10 min from home.
