My boyfriend was just charged for a "yearly fee" of $44 that he was never informed of. When he asked for a sup she told him no. When he asked for corporate number she said no. When he asked for the contract she told him no. She said I'll give you email for them but nothing will come of it. Extremely rude and not professional. Zumba classes are a fun way to exercise with some wonderful companion s.
I enjoy having the personal trainer every month and also the fact that it is a 24 hr gym! My family and I can come and go as we please without anyone distracting us! Also, we like the fact that we can go as many times as we want in a month! There is a variety of equipment that is available for us to use and we don't have to have a routine workout if we don't want one! Everyone working there has made us feel comfortable which is something I feel is a must for my piece of mind!
Yay! A 24-hour gym in Plainwell! My husband and I have gone since they opened and we feel it's a great value. I took advantage of the personal training and am very happy with the coaching, results, and program. Yes, there are bugs to work out with a new gym, but nothing to complain about with it so close to our home, so convenient to use, and great staff.
