Terrible customer service.
I have enjoyed teaching Zumba here...the floors are awesome and now that they have put in the sound proof wall we can really turn up the music...thanks for having me here...love it!!!
DO NOT GO HERE... We signed up at the beginning of the month with promises of helping to show us how to use the equipment and helping us. After that we meet with a trainer that got us to sign up for classes with the trainer which we signed up for and still have not had a call back from them to schedule for meetings but they sure did get their money. Also the staff is lazy, refuses to show customers how to properly use equipment our clean it. Pretty much they told us everything to get us to sign a contact then lied after that... read more
The place is spacious with plenty of equipmemt but thats where it ends. In the process of canceling our membership. Staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help with equipment. That seems ti be the biggest complaint when talking to other members of the gym. They are money hungry, only concerned about money. I have paid for a trainer for the mth amd have yet to hear anything. Trainer who signed us up was rude and arrogant. We will definitely be finding a different gym.
