My after hours key only worked for a few months, I've been told to just keep exchanging them until I get one that works, and I was also told that they cannot tell before hand which key will work. Would not recommend.
Been with the gym for 5 years. Called in regarding my membership and was informed it was my last day of my membership. The guy let me know all i had to do was email them and let them know i don’t want to continue my membership and it would end. I emailed the gym after getting off the phone with him. I am now being emailed saying i owe another months charge and also a late fee. I know Family Fitness has been in the news for illegal cancelation practices. I love working out here! Its clean and spacious..also has a women's only area. The rates are fair the people are nice. All the people complaining are usually bitchin bc they didn't read or pay attention to the contract they signed. And the 44$ is your annual due for equipment repair in which I've seen done personally. The place has spray bottles paper towel and reg. This is a great place to work out. I like that it's closer to me and cheaper compared to the place I went before hand. Plus the ladies only blocked off section is awesome too. Dennis and the rest of the staff are all great and always willing to help you. I highly recommend this place.
Lied about our contract said it was month to month only to find out it's a 2 year contract. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
This place is a joke. � Also, 21 day free trial is a scam. Maybe just put the prices of the memberships on your website so you're not lying to people just to get them to come in and waste their time. Never going back again.
My family moved to the area, so whenever I visit I need a place to workout and Family Fitness in Plainwell has always been a really great place to go and get in a good lift. It's got everything you need to get in a solid workout, and the staff are always super nice.
