This place is a joke! I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times since September! I followed my contract and sent in a hand written letter to cancel the membership, never heard from them. I am still getting charged so I called and was told I now need to send an email and will continue to get charged for another few months until they are able to process it 🤯. RecommendedColten, Griffin (so glad you’re back!), and Hunter and the main reasons I go to Family Fitness in Plainwell! They are attentive, answer questions well (but don’t hover), kind and caring, and generate customer loyalty. If they leave, I will follow them. Equipment is basically the same everywhere, but it’s tough to find this level of customer service among the staff.
So far so good....love the support from the staff and other members.
There harassing me and I didn’t sign up. They keep calling me. Texting me. Emailing me. Sorry “Mary “ or who ever these people are. That keep doing this. Stop!!!! Agh

Cancel memberships when asked. They only have a recording if you call to cancel.
Need to hire more trainers, repair and maintain equipment and be more responsive to member concerns over cleaning issues and member contract issues. Silver and Fit class currently does not have a trainer.
The door greeter /managers need to maintain the gym equipment. They make excuses why a treadmill is not repaired or replaced ' $1200 to repair is to costly member will have to deal with the equipment as is' Also can not end membership without excessive cancellation charges.
