The office looks current and appealing and all of the staff are nice and inviting. I can get in and out fairly quick. I am happy for the waxed floss; it is much better than that old stuff that use to tear. It's a little intimidating having such a beautiful Dr. clean your teeth.

I would like to thank you for your service. I had a tooth ache for two weeks and was able to get a quick appointment and get the work done within hours. Today is the day after and I feel fine.

Dr. Smith is a great dentist. She is very cautious and methodical with her direct clinical care. She is also very reasonable with her recommendations and does not suggest unnecessary procedures. She also genuinely cares about her patients and remembers nice friendly details about them, things that don't go in to the dental/medical records. Her staff is great, too. Dr. Smith and her staff are always so friendly and personable. They ask about my family, my day, etc... Nice to have a HUMAN interaction while at the dentist's office rather than only discussing whether or not I'm flossing everyday! Dr. Smith also takes the time to answer questions and connect with her patients... Her office is also really nice which makes relaxing at the dental office a bit easier...

Every since I walked in the Smith's doors, I felt like family. They provides excellent service and all of the staff is very professional and friendly. A co-worker told me about the Smiths and I visited them and fell in love. It's sad that 4 years ago, I lived in walking distance to the Smith's for 15 years and I never noticed their office. I've been going to different dentistry trying to find a home and wasted so much time doing so with bad service. I can kick myself in the butt every 6 months because I've move way to the ot... read more

My recent visit to Smith Family Dentistry was a good one! I was immediately acknowledged by the receiptionist and forwarded to the dental chair. The dential hygienist was thorough and explained each step of the procedure she doing. I am looking forward to my next appointment in June.

Excellent customer service. The dental hygentist is nice and extremely proficient. Dr. Smith is patient and informative. I recommend them to anyone desiring great service.
