Went to billings clinic had made appointments for both my children to be seen at the same time. They made me schedule separate appointments and we were approximately 15 min late For the first appt. And they denied seeing one of my children even though she was in the same pediatric room as my son at the same time. Because we were late for their first time slot. I've specified, in my advance medical directive, that I am NOT to be taken to ANY facility operated by the Billings Clinic. This directive shall apply even if no alternative treatment location is available and my death may result. Billings Clinic doesn't have doctors. They have an endless supply of low wage receptionists who play the role of a doctor. I'm into my 18th month of living a "Billings Clinic-free" life!
I had some awesome cna's and dr. During my stay, but what bothered me the most was the care I got from a certain nurse or aide while I was intubated. She kept pinching my leg, then would pat it and say "you're ok honey," or something to that effect. I couldn't report at the time cuz I couldn't talk, and was too tired after it was all said and done, but I'm glad I didn't have to deal with her again. That freaked me out. I've never been treated so unprofessionally before!
Dr. Idzerda is truly one of a kind! With understanding, medical depth and compassion she embraces her patients as her own family and cares for them through thick and thin! Our family is so grateful to have her in our lives!
I had a hysterectomy on Monday and I was so impressed with all the nursing staff that cared for me after my surgery. They were attentive ,caring and very much present. Dr. McCracken did an awesome job. Thank you Dr Ramirez for putting me to sleep. Sharon the nurse that brought me into surgery. Cory, Bryce, and Julie. I truly appreciated everyone
Shout out to the BILLINGS CLINIC. I was at the clinic same day care and ER over the weekend and what an amazing staff of doctors, PA's, nurses and ALL the staff. Sheryl Malinowski, best PA EVER. Loved her. Took her time to listen to me and made me feel better. Super down to earth and understanding. Dr. J Miller... So nice and compassionate. All the nurses were so nice and accommodating and understanding. Thanks for the amazing care.
We have been with Dr. Idzerda for 5 years. Love her and her personal care she has for each of my children. Looking forward to the new opening!
We love Dr. Idzerda! She's very comforting, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in her care of our children. She doesn't rush through our appointments, and never discounts our concerns. I'd recommend Dr. Idzerda to anyone.
