My story is too long to write but management is a joke. After 4 months and a whole lot of nonsense, I found out they didn't even put me on the lease that I paid $300 to be put on and paid a deposit. Kathy admitted she had made a BIG mistake and that she would get in trouble for it. She also added up the money owed back to me (with 2 other witnesses there) and later denied it and I was out over $1300. Dishonest is putting it lightly.
RecommendedI love living here! I moved from out of state and Kyla and Cathy were amazing at helping me coordinate my move. The unit I rented wasn’t quite ready so they offered a lockout unit which was extremely helpful! The amenities are great- they have 2 pools, a splash pad, playground and a community center (being remodeled currently). They have gone above and beyond to make my son and I comfortable and feel welcome! I recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home! It would look a lot better to have a picture of BOTH the pool and apartment. Or at least 2 in one picture.
I love The Falls at Mesa Point Apartments, they are so nice, and spacious inside. Ive been in alot of apartment complexes. These are by far the nicest. They have 2 swimming pools (one has a splash pad for the little ones, great gym equipment (Open 24 hours), and a nice clubhouse. They also have a pool table/game room, basketball court, a fire pit, and grills to BBQ by the pool. I have a fire place in my unit. It feels like home. Hmm....I reviewed and my review was deleted? Guess I will keep reviewing so my friends and their friends will know the bad experience that I had here. It seemed like the perfect place. The apartment, the grounds and the amenities are all nice. But moving out and the dishonest dealings were not nice. I was harassed by my neighbors! When I moved out, Kathy would not come and do my checkout with me, nor would they allow us to clean our carpets (because they were old and going to be replaced).
