We had a great experience at Falcone. We were greeted immediately and quickly set up for a test drive. After discussing numbers with Ermir and deciding to proceed with purchase, he let us know that finance was very busy and offered for us to come back in a few hours to avoid a long wait. When we came back, the process was quick and easy. Ermir got us set up in the new car and showed us some features.

We had the best experience with Gene and everyone at Falcone. We had our two little girls with us, and they all made a point to talk with the girls and not make them feel like they were in the way. We felt they listened to us and we were not just a sale to them. It was the fastest and easiest car buying experience we have had.

Tricked me into taking windshield protection and ding coverage and than coils not cancel coverage. Car drifts is n Katy freeway and northwest freeway. I believe that this is a safety issue and a am very concerned. Neither the dealer nor Subaru would claim any responsibility,
He was really great! !! Take time to explain me exactly what the deal is and answer all question I got.
