Arrived for service without appointment, prepared to wait one hour plus for first oil change, etc. Pleasantly surprised when advised my Ascent was was ready to go in 45 minutes.
If there is a possibility to give no star I will go for that option. This dealership is involved in scamming people. From the sales manager Marc, Tim, and Nigel they don’t care about giving an accurate or sufficient answers to customers questions. They are all liars and they are good at ripping off Africans. The manager Marc, will say they don’t do return which is a big lie because when you check their return policy it clearly stated they do accept return. My wife and I originally went to look at a used car and it had sold. We were going to leave and Ermir asked if we were ever looking into a new car. I laughed. He showed us the numbers and what he could do and then we started considering a new car. He showed us a new Jetta Sport. It was incredible! He was so helpful through the entire process! This is the third Forester we have purchased from Falcone. They make it easy to buy a car at a fair/market competitive price. I also use this dealership for all Subaru maintenance. The wife and I went to Gillman Subaru North and looking at other dealerships and test driving different vehicles. We were actually heading to the Lexus dealership when we both decided to check out Subaru. The saleslady, Shanaz, was awesome! She answered every question we had, took us for test drives and never pressured us! The wife found a car she really liked and Shanaz showed her how to work the different features. Finance was awesome as well! It was a great experience!
Dakota came right out to greet us on a very hot day. Showed us everything we wanted to see and gave us a fair deal. Nice job.
Amazing how Ermir makes it seem like you are not buying a car but more like you are a friend. He has always found a way to get me in a vehicle. I love the lengths he takes to ensure his customer gets approved, Thank you Ermir for all you do for me and my entire family!
